Emily is a veteran marketer who has helped drive dramatic growth for some of the fastest-growing apparel and beauty brands in the country.
As Chief Detective’s CEO, she has developed the agency into one of the top-performing agencies worldwide on Meta. She manages the strategic focus of the agency as well as the ad creative playbook and frameworks. Chief Detective has managed campaigns and developed video creative for close to $1 billion in ad spend across over 100 brands since 2015.
Emily has served as a CEO Advisor, Fractional CMO, Brand Architect, and/or Board Member for companies including Jenni Kayne, Frank & Eileen, Ursa Major, and Goop.
Previously Emily spent ~20 years in leadership roles in startups, including HotJobs, which went public and sold to Yahoo! for over $400 million.
Emily is a graduate of the Stanford University Graduate School of Business and the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. She lives in the mountains of Colorado with her family.
